We offer both pre-order and pre-made product drops. Pre-made items are in stock and typically ship within 2–5 business days. Pre-order items are made to order and require a longer processing time, usually 2–4 weeks after the pre-order window closes, followed by standard shipping (3–7 business days). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery.
